• Folding – various formats and sizes including right angle, gate-fold, plow folding, 8 panel roll fold

• Inserting – standard sizes up to 10” x 14” including up to 17 station inserting, camera matching and intelligent inserting

• Polybagging – various formats including environmentally friendly recyclable material, including up to 6 inserts

• Clip sealing – Canadian and US approved clip seals, with or without perforations of various sizes, plastic or paper.  Capability to clip seal multiple locations in one pass.

• Labelling – high speed label application of various formats and sizes onto products and carriers including standard labels, piggy back labels, scratch labels, block-out labels and address labels to name a few.  Torpedo’s labelling equipment allows for multiple label placement on one piece in a single pass.

• Shrink wrapping – Cello shrink wrapping of various sizes with heat tunnel finishing

• Inkjetting – Printing static or variable information onto various substrates of various sizes.  Inkjetting capabilities include addressing, static messages, various variable and static barcodes, 2D barcodes, variable fields and more.  Inkjetting can be completed in black only or colour.  Our inkjetting systems also perform auto sortation assisting our operators in quality, speed and efficiency.

• Tipping – Our tipping systems allow us to tip or fugitive glue plastic cards, magnets, cards & coupons, fobs and various items onto carriers. Our system allows us to water score, tip, plow fold multiple panels, glue close and count all in one pass.  Restaurants, stores & service centres can take advantage of marketing solutions using tipped on offers to drive action.  Reach out for samples.

• Trimming – Torpedo can trim inline while variable printing or trim off-line on our various cutters.

• Saddle stitching – inline saddle stitching while booklet making, including collating, saddle stitching and folding solutions.

• Collating – collating with inline folding solution

• Score, Perf, Punch – other bindery services provided for various requirements.

• Manual Assembly and Kitting – Torpedo performs various hand assembly, kitting, manual insertion, wrapping, employee incentives and gifts, onboarding kits and various special requirements.
